“The residential building of Puškinova is a project which precisely expresses the nature of Stan Fiala’s architecture. In his recent buildings, he has returned to original, natural, and genuine materials. He does not like surrogates. He thinks a lot about how the buildings are going to age. When you return to his buildings years later, you can see that they are not peeling, they do not look shabby. Simply put, his houses age beautifully, and Puškinova will be charming even years from now.”

PROJECT SCOPE

1 subterranean floor; four above-ground floors, 10 flats

ABOUT THE PROJECT

SEBRE, a company active both in the Czech Republic and Serbia, entered the field of development in Belgrade with a modest residential building.

Puškinova is a four-storey residential building situated on the edge of a hill in a traditional garden area in Senjak borough of Belgrade. Our main architectural concept was to provide the privacy and comfort of a villa in the middle of the Serbian metropole with as much contact with nature as possible.

Breaking the concrete balcony lining provides panoramic views and, at the same time, it allows maintaining sufficient privacy for the individual flats.
