43 hectares of land; 300,000 sqm of residential space; 40,000 sqm of office buildings; 30,000 sqm of commercial space for lease; primary education facilities for 1,200 pupils; kindergarten for 660 children; bicycle path
ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project is located close to the centre of the metropolis of Belgrade. It is adjacent to AVALA STUDIOS with the purpose to create a new urban quarter in a stunning location. Avala Filmski Park was inspired by intelligent and modern urban design. Avala Filmski Park quarter will offer all civic amenities. The residential buildings should provide up to 11,000 homes which will be complemented by retail shops, offices, and sports, education, and health facilities.
