„We live in a time when quality is hard to find. This is because costs are cut to improve the overall bottom line. This mantra limits the discussion of quality and innovation. For those interested in more than an income statement and concerned with genuineness and detail, we believe those substantive values will return to you.“

Řemeslo, tradice, krása, kvalita, opravdovost a vývoj. Rozvíjíme, stavíme, vyrábíme, čepujeme, promítáme, vaříme, s pokorou ctíme tradici, přírodu i řemeslo ve všech oblastech našeho zájmu a zároveň hledáme nové cesty i nové přístupy.

Vše co děláme, děláme s ohledem na podstatu a opravdovost projektů.

The foundation of SEBRE began before it was officially registered in July 2013. It is a story of personalities; investor Petr Němec, architect Stanislav Fiala, developer Jan Fidler and our CEO Jan Kubíček.

In 2012, Petr Nemec decided after twenty years of exclusive cooperation with Stanislav Fiala to take their mutual passions for architecture and dedicate themselves to more ambitious projects. Two significant properties were purchased: Sweerts-Spork Palace in Prague on the prized V Celnici street and a parking lot with adjacent dilapidated Baroque Schönkyrchovský Palace on Mikulandská street in the heart of the city.

Jan Fidler, in 2011 founded the construction firm Hinton. Hinton's employees have previously worked with Fiala on several architectural award-winning projects. This led to synergistic cooperation on the DRN and Palac Spork projects, which were developed by SEBRE led by CEO Jan Kubíček.
